Samuel began his career with Gulfcoast North Area Health Education Center as a Tobacco Treatment Specialist in 2022. He is responsible for GNAHEC’s program in Hillsborough County, which provides tobacco cessation classes for businesses, hospitals, community organizations, and English/Spanish speaking members of the community. 

Samuel holds a master’s degree from the University of Central Florida, bachelor’s degree from the University of Akron and is most honored to have attended and completed the ESL (English as a Second Language) program at the Jewish Center in Canton, Ohio.
